Greenway Medical Office Building

This building was an existing retail and business center that evolved into a medical office space after we financed and purchased the facility. In partnership with our client, Brookwood Baptist Medical Center, we repurposed the building, adding medical anchor tenants, which allowed the building to become a community care center for eldercare, nephrology, cardiology support services and sleep services.
