As Vice President of Real Estate and Acquisitions, Davis Rickard leads the firm’s efforts in new deal procurement, site selection, and project capital strategy. He brings a powerful dual perspective to the development sector, built on a successful 8-year career in commercial real estate brokerage with industry leaders like Colliers and ACRE Real Estate Partners.
During his time in brokerage, Davis established a significant track record, completing transactions valued at over $85 million and totaling more than 650,000 square feet. His expertise spans the full property lifecycle, from lease and sales engagements to managing the leasing activity for a 3-million-square-foot portfolio of office and industrial properties. Davis also has proven, hands-on project management experience, having supervised $5 million in tenant improvement projects.
His impactful work led the Birmingham Business Journal to name him a “Rising Star of Commercial Real Estate” in 2021.
Davis holds both a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) and a BA in Finance from Auburn University. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Mallory, and their two children, Wilson and Margot, as well as golfing, hunting, and fishing.
